BenchCouncil Transactions on Benchmarks, Standards and Evaluations (TBench ) is an open-access multi-disciplinary journal dedicated to benchmarks, standards, evaluations, optimizations, and data sets. TBench will be open-access (OA) without any charge. It seeks a fast-track publication with an average turnaround time of one months.
TBench is pleased to announce the call for papers for a special issue of “open-source computer systems”. This special issue focuses on studies in exploring the software and hardware co-design space in high-end computer systems, studies in advancing open-source movement including novel abstraction and methodology, open-source hardware, open-source software, measurement and optimization tools.

- Papers must be submitted in printable PDF format.
- Reviewing will be double blind: please do not include any author names on any submitted documents except in the space provided on the submission form.
- The submission must describe unpublished work that is not currently under review of any other conference or journal venues.
